1. Scope of Application

These Terms apply to all users of the Saganode platform operated by Saganode UG (haftungsbeschränkt).

Deviating conditions of the user shall not apply unless expressly agreed in writing.

2. Services

Saganode provides a digital platform for world-building, storytelling, and creative organization.

The platform may include automated systems, including language models and generative algorithms, to support creative workflows.

Saganode does not guarantee specific creative, economic, or professional outcomes.

3. User Content

Users retain ownership of the content they create, upload, or generate through the platform.

By using the platform, users grant Saganode a limited, non-exclusive license to process, store, and display such content solely for the purpose of providing the service.

Users are responsible for ensuring that their content does not violate applicable laws, intellectual property rights, or the rights of third parties.

4. AI Generated Content

Outputs generated by artificial intelligence systems may contain inaccuracies, inconsistencies, or unintended content.

Users remain responsible for reviewing and validating generated content before publication, commercial use, or distribution.

Saganode makes no warranty regarding the originality, accuracy, legality, or suitability of generated outputs.

5. Availability

Saganode strives to maintain a reliable and secure service. However, uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed.

Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, updates, technical issues, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.

6. Limitation of Liability

Saganode shall be liable without limitation only in cases of intent, gross negligence, or where liability is mandatory under applicable law.

To the extent permitted by law, liability for indirect damages, lost profits, loss of data, or consequential damages is excluded.

7. Changes to the Service

Saganode may modify, improve, suspend, or discontinue parts of the platform where reasonably necessary for technical, operational, or legal reasons.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding conflict-of-law provisions.

Mandatory consumer protection provisions remain unaffected.
